At 3 Eagle Farm, we raise Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs — one of the oldest registered pig breeds in the world, prized by chefs and home cooks alike for exceptional marbling and flavor. Known as the "Orchard Pig" in their native England, Old Spots are a hardy, foraging heritage breed traditionally raised outdoors on pasture and orchard scraps.
Because of their slower growth and higher fat content compared to commercial breeds, Gloucestershire Old Spot pork is richer, juicier, and more flavorful — well suited for everything from slow roasts to charcuterie. Our pigs are raised on pasture here in Culpeper, VA, living the way heritage hogs were meant to.
Whole Hog (Hanging Weight): $4.50/lb hanging weight + butcher fees
Reserve a whole hog and work directly with our butcher to customize your cuts. Hanging weight pricing reflects the weight of the carcass after slaughter, before final cutting and trimming — final take-home weight will be less due to processing loss.
Our Preferred Processor is Blue Ridge Meats in Front Royal, VA

$90 base fee + $0.95/lb (hanging weight)
Additional fees apply for specialty curing and cuts
